With over 20 years of experience in child protection, homelessness, and mental health services, I am committed to strategic innovation, transformative leadership, and partnerships that drive lasting impact. As a social worker, executive strategist, and advocate, I specialize in crisis management, nonprofit expansion, and systemic reform—helping organizations and agencies maximize their potential while prioritizing equity and empowerment.
Through my leadership, I have helped grow nonprofits from $28 million to $180 million annually, created over $76 million in program revenue in a single year, and developed groundbreaking initiatives that enhance housing stability, service accessibility, and long-term community success. As Co-founder of Better Haven, I work to align safe, quality housing as a key social determinant of health, ensuring that families thrive beyond crisis intervention.
